The Zerorez technician came into our home determined to help us get great results. There was no sales pitch, extras to purchase, etc... Just got the job done in an efficient time with GREAT results. It was all I expected it to be, I have used Zerorez 4 times now and will continue to use them as long as they are doing business. From past experience with other carper "cleaners" there is no better carpet cleaning method out there.

Your techs are very nice and friendly.They seem to want to do a good job and do what is best for the customer.My carpet was very clean when he finished.However your customer service people on the phone either do not note what special request the customer makes or it is ignored by someone. I requested a certain tech and a sub was sent. No one bothered to call me and ask if I would like to reschedule or accept the sub. I had to send him away and wait until Friday to get who I requested.He had been ill,and that was a good reason not to come.Will use you again but will still like a certain tech.His name is Mike.
