The technician was effective and skilled at getting our carpets cleaner than they've been in years. He took the time to make sure that the carpets were cleaned thoroughly. There was no pushy upselling(we've had our share of that), just a cleaning professional who offered knowledgeable suggestions for what would work best for us.

Eric was very personable, trusting, and reliable. He gave me a call earlier in the day asking me if it would be all right if he could come sooner which was worked out fine since I was already at home. He explained the cleaning process thoroughly and gave me an accurate estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take. I also must give kudos to the company's commitment to being green - not only was the cleaning process environmentally friendly but the entire transaction was completely paperless. Kudos to Eric and Zerorez!
Really felt the carpets were getting cleaned. Technician very helpful, clean cut, professionsl. ZeroRez did what they said, when they said they'd do it.... and my carpets look so much better.
