Extreme cleanliness and functionality of products; services always delivered professionally and courteously.

Although our carpet was pretty clean when we purchased the house, the technician was able to to get a few of the spots out and made the house smell fresh and clean. I feel safer now allowing my 10 month old to crawl on the floors knowing they have been sanitized.

This is my first introduction to Zerorez, and I was very pleased and impressed with their service and products. From the moment I called for an estimate to day they came out to perform the services, Zerorez’s staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in every aspect of their operation. Scheduling a time for them to perform the services was quick and easy. They even accommodated our request for an expedited cleaning. On the day of the scheduled appointment, they were on time and finished before they said they would. The results exceeded our expectations. Their product not only cleaned the rugs, including spotted and heavy traffic areas, it literally brightened our offices. We intent to us Zerorez for all our carpet cleaning needs.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez, I am sold on your service & quality of work. I purchased the electrostatic filters can't wait for delivery. I hope they work as well as the empowered water.
