I am a mother of five who also has a number of friends,neighbors and visitors over on any given day. The house that I live in has white berber carpets on two levels of the house including the dining room. While I am sure they were beautiful when they were first put in,you can immagine what they looked like after the traffic that they have recieved from my children and guests. I have tried numerous times to Rug Doctor the carpets and I can say that they definately were cleaner than before I started, but they still looked dirty. I dreamed of one day pulling up those carpets and laying down hard wood floors. Then one day I heard Taylor on the Fish say that Zerorez got her carpets looking brand new. I called and had my carpets cleaned and she was right! My carpets(even the dining room) looked Brand new! I am beyond thrilled! Thankyou Zerorex!

I received excellent customer service from my first contact. I live outside the service area so Christina took my information and called me back about a week later when there was an appointment close by. My appointment was made and Grace called to confirm a couple of days in advance. My technician Austin, called the morning of my appointment to let me know that he was on the way and arrived well within the window provided in my confirmation. After a quick walk through, he got right to work. Our carpet is 10 years old and has never been professionally cleaned, so it was very soiled. Austin and Zerorez products made our carpet look like new. I was really amazed and very pleased. I love that there are no chemicals in the water, making the process safe for our grandchildren. And it dried within 4-6 hours exactly as I was told. I have already made recommendations to our friends and family. Thank you for following through on what you promise.

I love the way the cleaning process leaves my carpet and the refreshing smell that remains without the residue. The technician thought some of my carpet was new, but I told him it was 5 years old and kept clean by Zerorez. Technicians are the most personable carpet cleaning techs in the business. The ability of the truck to use its own water, and run electricity from the truck engine. This is a plus so it doesn't run up my water and electricty bills.
