Everyone was great. I got a reasonable window of when to expect the technitian. He called ahead and arrived on time. He was very curteous. The carpet looked great, dried fast and there was no chemical smell.

i'm not sure what in the the product that was used to clean the carpet but it looked almost new when it was completed. the technicians from both jobs were very friendly and polite. i would highly recommend both teams to anyone that should require those services.

The carpet is really clean when the work is done and there is no smell. Stains don't come back. I appreciate the way the technicians take care around furniture as well.

My carpet looks good and feels good I had a few stains that didn't come out but they have been there a while. I will use Zerorez again.
