I've always loved zerorez. My only concern this time was that the carpets normally have a nice scent to them but when they finished, the scent was not there. Has something changed with the formula you use?

The carpets in the home we are renting were awful. Now they look like they belong in our home. A huge difference.

Having worked in a customer service environment for over 30+ years, it is important to take a moment and let companies/individuals know when they have not only met customer service standards but risen above and beyond. My experience with Zerorez and the technician sent to do the job are certainly one of those occasions.

I cannot say enough good things about the products as well as the technician you sent to handle the job. The products smell wonderful and I liked the fact they are chemical free. As far as the technician, Mike was not only respectful, courteous and hardworking, he was also very knowledgeable about the product and enthusiastic about the job at hand. It is impressive and more often than not extremely rare to find this standard in today's world, especially considering this involves physical work.

I cannot reiterate how very pleased I was with my carpet cleaning and have enjoyed walking barefoot and lounging on the floors all day. My only disappointment was that I tried to tip Mike a few extra dollars as I was writing a check, but he indicated it was against Company policy. He thanked me but simply said to be sure and call on you all again and spread the word. Once again, my jaw dropped. I certainly will do so and have a friend at work that wanted me to let her know if the job was done well, as she is looking to get her carpets cleaned. However, I would ask that the Company take note of such high quality service and reward it promptly. This type of service should be rewarded.
