The way the carpets looked and very good service.

The carpet in my old house looked horrible after two dogs and three babies. I had used numerous other companies but they were a waste of time and money!! The carpet looked no better after they left than before they came, just wetter! I, like Taylor on 104.7fm, was ready to tear out the carpet it looked so bad. Zerorez made my carpet look like NEW (aside from the obvious frayed high-traffic areas). The stains were GONE!!! It was amazing!!! Zerorez also did an amazing job of removing the pink fruit punch tinted volmit stain in my new house that I had thought was hopeless. The technicians are SO friendly, helpful and truly appear invested in my results. And I don't feel like a number. GREAT people! GREAT product/service/results!!!!! I recommend you to EVERYONE!!

Kind, knowledgeable, professional service is difficult to come by. The system in which Zerorez functions is almost flawless. I cannot currently think of any changes for improvement. The price is a little high, however, between the often offered deals, and the awesome performance, I really do not mind paying a little extra.
The product is certainly worth it, and I will never use anyone else.
