You did not have to use an chemicals and the carpet was dried within a few hours. My family and I were to stay and go about our daily routine without any interruptions while our carpet was being cleaned. I loved that most of all - great job!

The serviceman was prompt; informed me of what he was going to do (Ronny); gave me options; cleaned the carpet and upholstery well; the carpet was not overwet (means he took his time and sucked out as much of the water as possible); the house is now clean and fresh. Thanks Ronny!
I was very impressed with the technician! He was friendly, thorough, considerate, and did a wonderful job! My carpet looks and smells wonderful! I thought some of the stains were hopeless but it all looks great! And it took far less time than I was expecting so I had tome to spare after he left to do other things when I thought that would consume my day. It was so much easier than all the times I did it myself and looks so much better than any of the times I cleaned it myself! I wanted to invite people over to show them!

I could not believe how clean my floors were after Kenny cleaned them. I have referred Zerorez to several neighbors.
Friendly,courteous employees. The guys who came out (Dustin and Aubrey) were so nice and fast. They completed our entire house in about an hour. They said if any of the spots came back to give them a call and they would return. We had two spots that came back (a lot lighter, though). I called and they thanked me for calling back and made an appointment for someone to come back out to retreat the spots. We are VERY impressed with Zerorez and will definitely recommend them to others and use this company again.

Ryan did a wonderful job explaining how the cleaning process worked and worked around my husband daughter and I since it was an early morning appt. I love how my carpet looks and plan to have you guys out again sometime again. I couldn't be happier!!! I felt totally safe letting my daughter walk on the carpet as it dried because I knew there were no harmful chemicls involved.
