You get the carpet as clean as you can. Last year you were able to get the carpet looking like new. This year, there had been some really bad stains so you couldn't get them all out, but it looked great.

I was looking for a professional company with a great reputation and fair pricing. Everyone I spoke to recommended Zerorez. I went to their website and watched a few videos and felt comfortable enough to call. I'm so happy I did. Zerorez did a great job in my 5 rooms, stairs, and hallway.
