I was very impressed with the young man, he was very friendly and still professional. My carpet smells so clean and looks very nice.

I liked that there was no residue which attracts dirt. The workers were exactly on time and the most courteous people one could ever find. My only complaint was the add on of "truck" fee which was mentioned when I called, but was not mentioned in the ad. I was fine with paying it, but it should have been included in the ad price that was given.
