However, when I called to make the appointment, I was told that there was an extra charge for travel.Why dont you give us the real price to begin with. You cant do the work if you dont travel. I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals in their products. With a small child in the home, it was a huge plus. Our technician, James, did a great job. He arrived in the allotted time frame, he was polite, knowledgeable about the products and was very informative. The final results were great! Dana Mason was the ultimate professional when he walked in my house. He new exactly what needed to be done and started working right away. My bedroom rug which is up stairs was going to be cleaned and he started with that room first. He then proceeded to down stairs to clean the dining room and living room. Dana did a great job and explained what he was doing and why. We were very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Zerorez to all my friends.
