The tech called before arrival and showed up on time. He did a great job explaining how they get pet stains and odor up and the work was true to what he told me. No more stains. No more odor. He was respectful of my home and my time.

Our Technician, Jason, was on time. He did a walkthrough of the areas that needed to be cleaned. Then, he provided a thorough explanation of the services offered and answered my questions.
He used corner wall protectors to eliminate potential damage to our walls. He kept the lines of communication open and asked me to do a walkthrough after he completed to work. To my surprise, he was able to remove some stains that I didn't expect him to be able to. The price quote was accurate. Our carpets look amazing and the house smells nice and fresh again. We plan to use Zerorez for our duct cleaning and future carpet cleanings.

The gentleman who provided our service was very friendly, informative and quick. Our carpets look great, feel great and smell great. We moved into a new house and they had the carpets cleaned by a company that drives a big yellow van and sounds like tanly teamer and they left so much residue on the carpet - it was disgusting and your feet literally stuck to the carpet. Yuck! I will recommend Zerorez to everyone and will call them anytime I need my floors or rugs cleaned. Customer for life!
