First of all, the young man who was our service man was excellent! Very kind and very courteous. He did a fantastic job on my carpets. They look like brand new! I like the Zerorez process, because it does not leave my carpets wet. Only damp and a short period of time to dry.

Spencer arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant and took the time to explain the complete process after we took him to the rooms we wanted cleaning. He did a great job on each room, was very thorough and the very soiled traffic areas look brand new! We were very pleased with the dry time as well. They offer other services, like duct cleaning, rug cleaning, dryer vents etc. We had a great experience and would definitely use them again in the future. Be sure and ask for Spencer! He’s a very nice young man and represents the company very well!

This was my second time using ZeroRez. I was disappointed the first time- but tried again a year or so later. Dylan/Dillon? did a great job on my second try. I’m going to schedule again for different rooms.

Your service agents were very good, except on landing between the stairs, it was really dirty. And I think it needed a little more cleaning. But between the rest of the rooms, it was great and they all very nice.

Very clean carpets, no bad chemicals

Noah was very knowledgeable, and was able to give me valuable insight on how to extend the life of my carpet and other flooring. I was impressed as he worked tirelessly to clean all carpeted, tiled and hardwood areas in my entire house. I am happy with my decision and will recommend Zerorez in the future.
