I like the concept of no residue in the carpet. When Cory cleaned the carpet he was thorough and paid attention to the areas most affected by the puppy. Cory also explained the process and showed how the process worked. When Cory was done the carpets were clean and soft and smelled great. There was no damage to door molding because Cory used protective shields around them.

Steve Jeanty was very polite, professional and represented Zerorez highly. He protected wall corners and had the door closed as much as possible, unlike past reps from zerorez. My wife was even impressed in the way he cleaned our carpet. It was basically dry in 6 hours.
