A great job was performed

My technican today was Brandon. He came back to make sure I was completely satisfied with my cleaning. I had a few spots left after the first cleaning that seeped up through the pad and he got them cleared up. He was so professional and respectful. I appreciate Zerorez for standing behind their services and training a great team.

Zerorez responds quickly, schedules appointments timely, and the technicians are in and out in a flash! I never expect miracles, as I have an old dog and even older carpet, but my home always looks better after a visit from Zerorez. LaTarrance is a great technician and always discusses the best options for services for my needs and budget. The prices are far lower than most carpet cleaning services, and I have found that having two sessions a couple of weeks apart works wonders for stubborn stains and is still more economical than other services.

The level of service received was excelled. Derick was very responsive and timely with returning my calls and assisting with my various changes. Gary, who completed the service did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. He was very thorough and nice. He also removed stains that we were unsure if they could be removed.
The service received was overall, excellent! We highly recommend Gary and would like to have him back to complete any future service needs.

Josh was absolutely AMAZING! I truly enjoyed my services from Zerorez. He did an outstanding job with cleaning all 4 rooms and stairs and was very knowledgeable with explaining each step that was taken. I am amazed at how good the cleaning turned out and he was also able to get some stains out! I will definitely be scheduling an appointment for next year!
