The Technician that came to clean our carpet was very knowledgeable about all services Zerorez has to offer. The use of minimal 400 degree oxygenated water, no chemicals.
We were not happy with our original service, the service technician did not complete the project and what work he did complete left a white residue in multiple locations. When we raised our concerns another technician was scheduled and came out and made it right. Although we could tell the last technician was not happy with the condition the 1st technician left our carpet in he did an outstanding job. I do not know your policy on compensating your technicians but the 1st technician should not have been paid anything for the work he did in fact he should have to reimburse Zerorez for the supplies and gas he wasted on the 1st visit. We certainly hope the 2nd technician that came was paid in full for the work he did when he came he did an outstanding job.

Carpet looks so clean and it's an old carpet! Jarvis is terrific. So professional, yet friendly. Appreciated that he checked the tags on our sofas to see if they could be wet cleaned. They could not. Someone else might have ruined them. Looking forward to having ZeroRez come back!
The gentleman who cleaned our home was very professional and asked us to check the rooms as he cleaned them to ensure it met our approval. The carpet looked like new when he finished and he was able to remove stains that I thought were permanent. Will definitely use zerorez going forward!
