My service technician cleaned my large black office chair to like new condition. Unfortunately, my dining room chair cushions were unable to be cleaned due to the type of fabric from which they were made. However, the technician did attempt to clean one of them and showed me how the stains were unable to be removed. He only charged me to clean the office chair. I plan to use Zerorez in the future to clean the carpets in my home. Very satisfied with this service.

Our service technician, Josh, was outstanding! He was professional, polite, courtesy, neat, listened well, thorough, patient, and very personable. Josh did a remarkable job completely removing several pet stains that we thought would never come out. Josh exceeded our expectations and represents Zerorez very well. When Zerorez cleans our carpets again, I will ask for our service technician to be Josh.

I had my carpets cleaned last year by y'all and was so happy with the results so I scheduled a cleaning again and also had my oriental rug sent off. WOW. The carpets looked great (as I knew they would) but the rug....totally amazing. The odors, pet stains and discoloration are gone and I got the rug back with a new backing added. Zerorez is the only way to go for us - love you guys!
What I like about the products and service I'd their is no residual smell from the carpet that indicates your carpet has been cleaned and the service was simply great!

Kyle was awesome. My expectations weren't high because the carpet is old and was badly stained; but, he said he'd do his BEST and boy did we get the BEST carpet cleaning we have ever seen.
My carpets look practically brand new again. All the stains are gone !!
