Great customer service and the carpet looks almost new!
organic and green, also excellent customer service
I liked that the carpets didn't smell "deodorized" and the young man who came to our house did an excellent job.
No hidden cost, courteous technician, clean and fresh smell, all stains came out and the 9 yr old carpet looks new.
Prompt, friendly, efficient, and your system REALLY WORKS! Everyone else leaves the carpet too wet and the stains always come back.
No residue. Stains don't come back after the carpet has dried. Customer service is wonderful.

This is my second time using zerorez and it was a good experience both times. This time the technician was excellent. He was very informative he was personable he ask me to check each room after he finished with and did whatever it took to to do the best job possible and yes I would use zerorez again and I would like the same technician. I think his name was Chris Stewart. Great Job
I contacted Zerorez after having my carpets cleaned, because I noticed some streaking in areas that were extremely soiled. Zerorez immediately sent a professional out to address my concerns. Bill recleaned the areas and my carpets look like new again. Thanks ,Zerorez for guaranteeing your work as you advertize. I will definitely use you again and recommend you to friends and family.
