Kerry, our technician, was the epitome of profressionalism. I have already sent emails to my teaching staff to recommend that they call Zerorez while the promotion is still on!

Very professional service. On time and well done

The product works. Technicians are on time,

The technician was great that came to our home

Floors dry very quickly

1. I like the fact that the assigned technician arrived early & on-time
2. I like the fact that the assigned technician thoroughly covered all of the areas that were requested to be cleaned. (i.e. each stair step, all of the walk-in closet, all areas in each room)
3. I like the fact that I was offered additional products to sustain the cleaned look of my carpet

On time, professional, office looked and smelled clean.
