My experience with ZEROREZ was excellent. They are prompt and very courteous. I can attest to there NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN VISIT. After the 1st visit my carpets looked fantastic...after drying I noticed just a couple of areas that maybe needed a touch-up. When I called they were so kind...I think I spoke with Rita...she immediately set up another appointment. I answered the door and Bill introduced himself, Bill was also very kind and courteous Bill went over the 2 areas...it was not any type of stain...he explained that it was just where the carpet was worn. I want to thank ZEROREZ for saving me $2,000.00 because before their cleaning I was going to replace the carpet. Our carpet feels so soft because the is absolutely NO residue. I highly recommend ZEROREZ!!!

We've had carpeting at home cleaned by Zerorez, we've had our air ducts cleaned out by Zerorez, and we've had them clean an area rug using the amzing cleaning machine they have in Norcross that cleans the entie rug, not just the surface--what a difference that makes. I have more area rugs I'm going to have them clean soon. No other company I know of cleans area rugs this way. Your technician who came to our home was very knowledgeable but also honest about what he could accomplish. I really appreciate this. He was not really happy at the outcome, but we were very satisfied and will definitely recommend zerorez to our family and friends. I was able to plan the rest of my day off because of there promptness.
