I have now had both my carpets and air ducts cleaned by zerorez and i have to say you have very great technicians, they were both timely and curtious. Definitely will use them again and will be referring them to my family and friends. If you want it done the right way call zerorez definite 5 star service.

The technician, Chris. was very clean cut and professional. He walked thru the house with me and gave me the price of the pet treatment. He ended up treating all 4 rooms at a reasonable price. When he left, the house no longer had pet odors and the stains were gone.

My carpet looks great and it gives me peace of mind to know that no chemicals or sticky soap was used in the process.
The only one thing I did not like was that fact that the technician drug his hoses around the corners of my white painted woodwork and scraped the paint off of almost every single corner. I have had other carpet cleaning companies use corner guards to prevent that from occurring, perhaps you could consider using those.
The service was amazing and very professional. The technician arrived exactly at the time that he said he would and took care of all of my cleaning needs quickly and efficiently.
Very polite courteous tech knew what he was doing. Answered all my questions. Very happy over all but he forgot to leave my bottle of sample rug cleaner. Keep hoping he will stop by with it.
It did a very good job with my stained carpet. I know if I had accepted the stain treatment, the results would have been even better. I am happy.
I did not think that Jarvis would be able to get the rust stains out of my carpet but he did without a trace. I was very surprised and very pleased to say the least.

Zerorez did a great job cleaning my mom's carpet. He arrived at the beginning of the window of service time. I was busy working in my mom's house and didn't hear the phone or the door. He waited for 30 minutes. I felt terrible, but I am so appreciative that he hung in there. He was very polite and helpful.
