I appreciated the tech, Ty, being at my home on the dot! He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable about other services Zerorez offers and worked fast and did a great job on my carpet. I also had a chair cleaned and it looks brand new!

The lady that came out first of all was very nice and explained how carpet cleaning works as for stains that cleaning will not remove. She did a great job and did not tarry. I live in NC but recommend your company to anyone that was looking for their carpet cleaned.

Easy to schedule, serviceman was exactly on time and appreciate the call I received to let me know his arrival time. Clean carpets and nobody tried to sell me on a ton of other things!

I like the fact that no soap is used to clean carpets. My carpet feel very soft. I love the way the sofa look and I appreciate the fact that the technician decided that cleaning my velvet sofa was not a good idea.
