I appreciate how the company reacted to our first experience which was less than satisfactory. They listened to our concerns and had another technician come out and clean the carpet a second time. Much of our carpet is 20 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. After having a pet for 11 years and raising two children on it, we thought we would give Zerorez a try to see if some improvement could be made to our main rooms.
