I have old carpet and had it cleaned by zerorez. It didn't come to clean, but they came back and redid it and it looks so much better. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but it is better than I expected. The company was so concerned when I wasn't completely satisfied the first time, they came back and recleaned. Everyone from the first phone call was so professional and great to work with.
