He even brought in a couple of boxes for me that were on my front porch, left by FedEx! What a wonderful and thorough job cleaning my carpets, and they look brand new now, and for 7 year old carpets, it's a wonderful thing! I love the fact that there aren't any chemicals used in the cleaning process, so it's safe for my toddler to play on the carpets. My sister told me about Zerorez and the great job they did for her, so I thought I would give them a try. I have two more rooms that need carpet cleaning and will have them back as soon as I can get the rooms ready. Going forward, I will only use Zerorez, as I have never found another carpet cleaning company to be as professional(and I'm very picky) or do such a great job cleaning my carpets. I have used Zerorez three times now, and am always very pleased with the service. The service technicians are always polite and professional, and the cleaning process is completed in a very timely manner. My carpets look and smell great after treatment, it's like having all new carpets. I like the fact that the cleaning leaves no residue, and the carpets dry in just a hour or two after treatment.
