The service technicians are always friendly and professionals. I've had over 5 cleaning over the years and my carpet and home is always refreshed after each one. My carper is beautiful and it dries incredibly fast!!
He was quick and the house smelled fresh during the cleaning. However, I felt misled when I scheduled my appt. about the cost of cleaning our Family Room rug. I was told it will cost about $30 not around $400. I was shocked at the total and almost didn't have it cleaned but the rug needed to be cleaned desperately. I am hoping I will get a phone call soon to pick up my clean rug since it had to be cleaned at the warehouse.
The treatment doesn't saturate the carpet, only left them damp so quicker to dry.
Chemicals used are safer for my pets.
