The Carpet is super clean and the Technician was...how should I put this...Effing Amazing. DeAngelo was perhaps a cleaning god sent down from the heavens to clean my house. In the future, not only will I use zerorez, but for some reason if you have not promoted this man, nay, cleaning god, I will request his presence once again at my house, so I can live like a god, cause Cleanliness is next to godliness.

From my initial phone call requesting service to the men coming into my home, they've all been very professional, knowledgeable, thoroughly painstaking in their dedication to their area of responsibility, and friendly. My only negative is your pricing which is extremely high for me and my budget. But again, great service!

The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly how the chemicals worked. The smell of the product in the carpet is not too strong and rather pleasant. All of the pet stains appear to have been removed.
