I was very impressed with the young man that performed the service. Very positive, upbeat attitude. He saw a couple of my rooms and he said I have seen worse. Your process lived up to the hype. One room was perfect and the other two were 400% better than they were. I will never call anyone else. Your furniture cleaning price was very high. Do you run specials on that from time to time. I only listen to news radio so it was either WSB 95.5 or Talk Radio 106.7.
Michael was very personable, friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in making our carpets look like new again. He was courteous, and very knowledgeable. Also, he was prompt....and NOT pushy like other salesmen who only try to over-sell me.
