I think your technicians should be able to wear shorts in this heat. There are styles that can look just as professional as long pants and the customer feels better watching them work in this heat. Just a thought.

The products clean well and the carpet looks fresh and almost like new. The carpet feels like it has been restored to its original density. Regarding the customer service, I appreciate the advance call by the professional and courteous reps to let you know they are 45 minutes from arrival and when they arrive they put on shoe covers before entering your home. Before they get started they look over each room to be cleaned and are efficient but thorough in getting the job done to your satisfaction. I have already recommended Zerorez to my sister who is moving into a pre-owned home and wants her carpets cleaned. I think the price is reasonable and I am pleased with the results.
