I liked that your technicians were friendly and professional, and did a good job. I also appreciated that they were here at the times that they said, called when they were on the way, and worked very efficiently. There was a team that cleaned the duct work. One of the two showed me where there were some problems we will need to get resolved in order to avoid mold problems in the future. I appreciated his pointing this out to me. The other technician cleaned the fairly dingy carpet and did a great job with that. I am very pleased also with the fact that the costs as described over the phone when I set up the appointments were exactly the costs when the work was done. The woman who scheduled was also very pleasant to work with and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get the work done so quickly. I would be very happy to recommend your company to other people.
