Arrived on time, did the job and left. Simple as that.

The job was very professionally done. The drying time was quick. I think i was given a 4 to 6 hour time but it was a little less. My carpet looks almost brand new except for a high traffic area that i have not protected. I am thoroughly happy with the results. All spots were removed. Good quality products. Thanks Zerores!

The carpet looked wonderful after he left. The carpet was Installed in 1999 in this particular property. Zerorez has throughly cleaned this carpet twice, 2015 and 2013, and I believe has prevented me from having to replace it. Excellent quality carpet to start, Zerorez really has been instrumental in its care. I wouldn't use anyone else to clean my homes and rentals.

Bryan wore shoe protectors inside the house. My home smells fresh. All the pet stains were gone. I really like the fact that the products were environmentally friendly.

I have used Zerorez for many years. I think I was one of the first clients! Services is always professional and well executed. Service techs are always prompt and courteous and, most importantly, carpets and furniture always look great and stay looking great!

The cleaning of my carpet was very good however I was disappointed that with two of them they were not able to move my 3 piece sectional in den. I think they don't plan on moving any furniture because they don't carry the blocks to put under furniture although I wouldn't care about having the blocks put down. Sincerely, Margaret D. Adams.
