I like that your products really work! The technician, Richard, was Amazing! He went above and beyond to assist us. When he showed us the first area and compared it to the rest of the room you could really see the quality of work that we'd receive. When anyone comes over they don't have to ask if our carpets were cleaned, they immediately compliment us on how great the floors look. We've had the carpets done by other companies and were sadly disappointed. The chemicals they used made me really sick, it made my asthma flare up and gave me bad headaches. In addition the carpets smelled like mildew and became dark and extremely dirty looking. But this time my carpets smell fresh and look line new. We were also shown how important the type of water used was. Alkaline water is a great cleanser which takes away the need for chemicals. Me likey very much! Thanks so much!! I could only hope that they'd turn out this nice, and you guys did not disappoint. I will tell all my friends not to waist their time with other companies. I liked that the carpet is not left feeling sticky, or that there is no residue left on the carpet. Also, the associate went out of his way to get the stains out of my carpet.
