The professionalism that was displayed from the time of arranging the appointment date, to the technician coming into our home to perform the requested service. Everything that was quoted to me over the phone and in person were performed. Our technician, Natasha Robinson presented us with a professional attitude. She took the time to explained everything she would be completing for our carpets. She was very polite and professional. I especially like that upon arriving at our home, she introduced herself immediately and asked if I was the person who made the appointment. Her service was top notch! She definitely knew her product and offered suggestions for more and/or future services. I can definitely say we will be utilizing your company and staff again.
