All around a great experience. From working with the customer service rep for scheduling and explaining pricing to the technician Steven D. Steven was very professional and explained all very well. I was notified 30 mins before he would arrive and it was within the time frame given to me. All in all I was very pleased with the service.

The technician that just serviced my house was fantastic. There were two, actually. I am guessing one was training. They provided the best customer service!!! Listened to what I needed and wanted and then went to work. Did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets efficiently and effectively!!
