The technician was prompt, friendly (funny) and competent. Two days out the carpets look great. I am anxious to see how they look after a week/first vacuuming (following the instructions to wait 3 days for chemicals to sink in). If it holds up, I'll be back for the rest of the house!
My carpets look amazing and the folks that have come each time have been so helpful and always tell us everything we need to know and to help us get the most out of the carpet cleaning. New furniture was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday. On Monday, we moved out the old furniture in preparation and realized there were unsightly stains. We called Zerorez and they arranged for a technician to arrive within a few hours of my call. The stains came out and the carpet looked like new again. The new furniture and carpet look great!
