The products and services are great. I belive you offer one of the best products around. The only I have noticed since the service was complete are a few high traffic areas look to have shadow coming back through where I did not see right after service was complete. I took before and after photos of all areas and there was such a difference I could never imagined being that clean. The tech was on time very friendly and worked very hard. Very knowledgeable and took care and concern for each room. Thumbs up all around!

The carpet tech Caleb, answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job on my carpet. All the old stains came out - carpet looks brand new. That is saying a lot since the carpet in the house I rent is 25 years old; so I was told. Great job Caleb!! I would definitely recommend Zerorez because there is very little residue/water and the carpet dries very quickly!

For the most part, it looks very clean. Just left the dust around the walls and 1 spot in the upstairs bonus room that didn't come out. Not sure if the cleaner noticed that it didn't come out.

I liked the results best but I like the professionalism of the employees. They were friendly while being professional. I had carpets cleaned and then had them take an oriental rug to clean which looks like new. I will definitely use them again as well as recommend to my friends.
