Client Testimonials

It works!

Service staff was very professional and the product really worked

Chemical free.

I LIKE IT VERY MUCH LIKE YOU SAID IT LEAVE NO RES DUES AND DRY REAL QUICK THANK YOU GOOD JOB.

I generally have my carpets cleaned once a year professionally and I have used a couple of other companies. I never tried Zerorez because I heard they didn't use soap - or at least they don't use the same methods that the other companies use & I was a little leery. I'm not sure what it is they use to clean carpets but not only do my carpets look cleaner, they were not as damp and the smell was really nice. I also want to note that my technician, Deparr Mason was the absolute BEST. He was amazing and professional. He will be my "go to" guy for cleaning from now on and he should be yours too.

Your technicians were very professional and your equipment and products were excellent

Convenient scheduling. Professional staff. No problem adding items, not originally quoted, to be cleaned.

Cleaned carpets very well. Product dries quickly.

Friendly and educate the customer on the treatments so customer can make the best decision

Very friendly technicians.

With Zerorez, everything is very simple and straight forward. From the order process to the application and the pricing. There were no surprises experienced, and thats a good thing. From the three times we've used Zerorez, the technicians have been professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, kind. The type of individuals I feel safe to let into my home.

The Carpet cleaning is the best. The feel and the smell of the house is fantastic. The vent cleaning is great and the air purification is one step above the best.

Thank you for your service!

Caleb who came to clean our carpet was very knowledgeable

Carpet cleaner than when I used Stanly Steamers

Jarvis was great! He came back the following week because of a couple of stains that needed to be cleaned again. He did point out the stains to me after the first cleaning of my carpets. I wanted to see what the stains looked like when my carpets were dry.

our experience was very positive - we'll be using zerorez again when we move to our new home.
