What disappointed me was the distinct geometric pattern left in the carpet nap, such that I had to vacuum the carpet myself before replacing the furniture. I liked the customer service. The technicians were courteous, efficient, and prorofessional. However, I did not like the fragrant that was sprayed after the air ducts were completed. I was told that it was a floral but to me smelled more like an ointment.
