This is the second survey I've filled out because I didn't realize the first one didn't give me the opportunity for feedback on your service providers. I had two services in one day, air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. All three of the representatives who came to our home (two air duct guys and one rug guy) were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. After the initial discussions, I felt complete confidence that all three of them knew what they were doing without a lot of hand-holding or supervision from me. I did think it seemed too convenient that, along with air duct cleaning services, you also were selling a solution to the problem of black gunk in the air ducts. But as I think it through, it's a logical business opportunity for you: you find a problem, you provide a potential solution. In general, thank you for your professional service reps. All three of mine were terrific.

Excellent spot removal, no chemicals, fast drying time. Using fans in each room when completed helped to speed up the drying. Jared Cheek was knowledgeable and efficient, great personality.

I like the fact that there is no soap in your product. My carpets always come out looking and smelling clean. If a spot or smell comes back, you come back take care of the problem.
