From my first call to Zerorez, everyone I spoke with was super helpful and accommodating. They were able to schedule my service the next day, and even arrived early (after calling to make sure it would not be at all inconvenient for me). The technicians, Avery and Steve, were top-notch. They explained everything thoroughly and were extremely courteous. And my carpets look and smell amazing! They even got out some really old cat smells.
