The technician was on time, courteous, looked and acted very professional. I love Zerorez because the are no chemicals used. I have pets and do not want their environment to be overpowing with chemical smells or residue that they will get on their paws and fur. My carpet looks new and feels soft.

We recently purchased a condo in the Christian City area. The original owner had the carpet cleaned, but we felt like a few areas needed to be gone over a second time. Your company sent the technician back out. He was very helpful explaining that some areas were showing wear. He willingly cleaned over all of the areas we were concerned about and offered helpful suggestions on what kind of mats to use outside the doorways to bring less dirt into the house. After he finished, the carpet looked nice and smelled fresh. To keep it clean longer, he suggested adding the protection product which I decided to go ahead with. We will definitely use Zerorez for our next cleaning.

My carpets look beautiful! I thought I would have to replace them but they so good now. Your service technition was great, he was very informative about what he was doing and very polite. I am very impressed, my hardwood floors are better looking than they were when I first purchased my home in 2011. And the air duct cleaning was also great because I did not wake up this morning with all those particles in the air. I will tell family and friends, you guys are wonderful and I will be also getting my carpet cleaned as soon as one of your technicians get me scheduled. What a wonderful mother's day gift.
