The technicians were SUPER nice, did a great job of explaining what they were going to do, very prompt and they worked very hard to get our very dirty carpet clean!!

My specialist was very helpful and wanted to find a price point that worked best for me and my budget. He was able to get up ALL of the pet stains that I had and my carpet looks amazing!

The one drawback to the service was that our carpets were wet for over 12 hours and took a lot of time to dry.

I like that green products are used.Also the technician who did the cleaning had excellent customer service!

THE CLEANING PROCESS BROUGHT LIFE BACK INTO THIRTY ONE YEAR OLD CARPET. I'M LIKELY TO GET SEVERAL MORE YEARS OUT OF MY CARPET. AND THEN REPLACE IT, ONLY BECAUSE THE HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS ARE SHOWING WEAR. YES, I WOULD RECOMMEND ZEROREZ TO A FRIEND.

You get the carpet clean, it smells good (not overpowering), and it dries pretty quickly. The only thing I don't like is having to pay full price for one small room. I understand the trip charge and minimum, but I feel like I get ripped off to some degree.
