Well laid out, new what I was getting upfront. My choice to add on. A little disappointed in the baseboard areas and doorways at carpet to tile transition.

It worked for the most part. The high traffic areas looking amazing. The Kool-aid is still a little faint. But much better. I tried Zerorez based on the ad with Taylor in the morning bragging about her white carpet. Maybe it did not have any red in it, but I am still pleased.

The improvement in my rugs appearance and texture of my carpets. Also, my tiles and grout lines look much cleaner.

Also, the service technician was very knowledgeable and nice.

Your nearest competitor is usually slightly lower priced and does not have a trip charge. In addition, they will move and replace furniture. Normally I can do that but this time I was recovering from open heart surgery and was not allowed to lift anything over 10 pounds, so furniture didn't get moved.

One spot in the master bedroom closet of all places was not adequately dealt with. This is not worth coming back for, but I wish I had called it to the technician's attention when he was here instead of relying upon him to notice it. Other than that, all work was performed very well.

The cleaning products are excellent and does not leave an after smell. The carpet dried up in a timely fashion as promised. My sofa is very clean. A job well done! By the way, I enjoyed the friendliness and great customer service rendered by the technician Santiago. He was a very well mannered young man, he did hisjob properly and was very professional. He happens to be a cutie too. Just my two cents. Thanks Zerorez.

Cleaned very well and had a fresh scent

I've had my carpets cleaned before by other name brand companies. We have been in the home a year and the carpets look better than the day we moved in. Awesome aervice I will definitely use again! The tech as very helpful in helping me to decide what we needed. The treatments for the animal stains was amazing! Thank you.

Eric the tech was on time polite and a very personable young man . He explained exactly what he would be doing step by step . When he finished the first room ....Master Bedroom he asked me to come and see and I was so pleased and must say the upstairs now smells so good :)
The stairs and hallway also look and smell amazing . I could not be happier and Recommend Zerorez very highly . Will definetly use them again when it he time comes .
