Zerorez is a very professional company. I was contacted almost immediately once I placed a request online. The service person was prompt, and very thorough. I had asked for a chair to be cleaned and he asked to see the fabric content first and check with his boss. As it turned out, there was some cotton in the mix, and he said it wouldn't be safe to do a wet steam cleaning, but he DID do a dry process which worked very well. He went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

I have used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning at least six times and am always satisfied with the results. From the ease of booking an appointment to the friendliness of the technicians, it's always a job well done. I also like that the technicians give helpful hints for carpet maintenance. The carpet drying time is less than other carpet cleaners and there truly is no residue. I recommended Zerorez to one of my neighbors who used the service and was pleased.
