No chemicals

The technicians were very polite and helpful. They also shared a few hips about keeping the carpets clean. Even though I had some bad coffee stains, my carpets look better than I anticipated they would. I am very pleased with the service and I will use the bottle of cleaner left my the technicians.

My serviceman was very nice. He explained everything in detail before beginning. I am disappointed, though, that some of the stains on the carpet were not removed. He said they had set in too long.

I like not having to worry about my pet inhaling strong fumes from the cleaning products. And, so far, many of the stains have not returned.
