The representative (Miles) that cleaned my carpets arrived on time, was extremely professional, did an awesome job and made my 23 year old carpets look like new!
The young man who came to the house, Myles Cummings, did a great job. I was at work and my wife was home and called me on the phone after he left an said the he was very nice, well mannered and respectful. The carpets are 10 years old and have never been cleaned so our expectations were not very high but the carpets looked great when Myles was done. Thank you very much for doing a wonderful job and we will be referring Zerorz to everyone.

I like how quickly our rugs were cleaned and dried. We were very pleased with the end result. Nice to have it all done so quickly and efficiently.
