It's clean and fresh I had my carpet clean after 3 months I spill soda on it I use a wet rag to clean it it was clean no spots. I also used their vent duct and dryer cleaner it was fantastic fresh air

Jarvis, the tech, was successful in getting out several spots of axle grease which we were surprised he could. Jarvis was very pleasant and did a very good job. We had protection spray added. Carpet dried nicely.

The customer service aspect is probably what I like the most. In the type of business that I'm in, it's always good to have a reliable company that reminds you of when things need to get done.

Eric did a beautiful job cleaning my carpet and got out stains that I thought would never come out. He was polite and sweet and I would recommend home to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. The product and customer service is just outstanding. Ernesto and Corey arrived on time and maintained demonstrated an engaging and knowledgeable skill sets. Both team members described the overall job followed by specific details regarding how the cleaning process worked both during and after the visit.

Following completion of the requested work, Ernesto and Corey explained additional services provided by the company and offered a sample rug cleaning. Admittedly, while the results were concerning, I opted out (and will likely remove the rugs given the allergens attracted to this surface)! Additionally, Ernesto described the hardwood resurfacing option to designed to restore flooring. He extended a card with contact details for further evaluation which included a no-cost estimate.

Finally, Ernesto and Corey treated my home with care. During an earlier incident during a maintenance call with another service provider, a rather large bug flew into my house (the door was left open), Corey offered to stand by the door since it had to be propped opened during the cleaning. He was able to multitask to ensure proper water flow to cleaning hoses while looking out for unwanted large flying things.
