The gentleman who came out was super and answered all my questions. He explained what he was doing and how. These carpets are very old, but he did a fantastic job cleaning them. Of course they don't look new, but with what he had to work with great job.

The arrival was on time. A very pleasant man who seemed to know exactly what to do. My dingy white carpet looks terrific. No spills or accidents. He was very careful. My husband and I had already moved furniture. He spent about 15-20 minutes on my sofa: 8 cushions plus the back, sides, lower front, etc. I knew the sofa charge when I booked but it seems high when I see how little time he spent on it. But no damage, and I will call again when needed. No,I won't call: I will use the internet again. Signing up online was easy. I was already a repeat customer.
