There was no smell from the cleaning solution, the crew was finished quickly, and the crew was extremely pleasant. The crew - Nelson and Matt - were efficient and very easy to deal with. Some reviews I had read online indicated high pressure tactics from crews, but Nelson and Matt had NONE of that! I was extremely pleased with them and the service!
The crew that picked up all of our rugs and returned the cleaned rugs were absolutely terrific! The rugs were cleaned very well; spots were removed that I never thought would be removed. Great job!

The young man that came was very nice and professional. He looked at our carpet and explained everything he could do to get pet stains out. He also explain he could get the pet order out of the carpet for us. Yes, it costs a little extra but was well worth it. He did not push us into doing that. He just simply asked if we would be interested in that. No pressure at all. He completed the job in a short time frame. The carpet looks brand new. The odor is gone. No more embarrassing spots. I have never found a company that could do this. We are very pleased with the job he did. We have had the carpet for about five years and Zerorez is the only one we have found that can do this great. It was a very reasonable price. We will continue to use Zerorez, no doubt!
We had a nice young man to clean our carpets.It turned out to be the best experience we have had with carpet cleaning. No chemical smells and the carpet looked new.
