We have used several carpet cleaning services and I must say I this is the cleanest our carpet has ever been.we have a cat and there were many many vomit stains and carpet stains. They were able to get them all up. The technicians were fabulous! They answered all my questions and were very professional. I will definitely call zerorez again.

Carpet was really softer and cleaner after cleaning but one heavy traffic area was not as clean as I hoped it could be.

very polite service reps. Prices are a little steep, though. it adds up pretty quickly. Not sure how often I could do this due to cost of add-ons.

I was very pleased with my Zerorez experience, overall. From booking the appointment and the confirmations I received to the day of service. Eighteen year old carpets looked great. They did their best to remove some very stubborn stains and were able to remove others. My service technicians were friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the process.
